I'm a 25 yr old mom of 2. Both girls. One is 3yrs old and the other just turned 7mo. I'm currently 210lbs. My heaviest was 250 or so after my first daughter. I got down to about 200 and then had my second. I Did better with the second pregnancy about not eating so much. And I lost alot of it right after delivery. But I'd really like to get down below 200. My Pre-pregnancy before my first was 180. Even that is a little heavy for me. I've never been very petite, but I just want to feel comfortable in my own body. Right now that is definatly not the case, and it is starting to weigh on my self-esteem (pun intended).
Anyway, Here I am and i'll just be watching and hopefully getting some pointers on how to start this journey. :)
