I AM a Weight "watcher" but not on program

I'm pretty poor this month for food because we had massive power outages which distroyed our cold food supply. Being as I get food stamps I can't just replace it. Anyway I haven't passed out yet and i'm wondering if this is a good idea to keep up or not. I don't know all the deatails of points so if someone could maybe break it down for me it might help. Thanks

Breakfeast:

Everything bagel from Wegmans
w/ Philly Garden Vegatable Cream cheese

2 large mugs of Tazo tea with a TBSP of Honey Each

Lunch:

PowerBar Harvest Whole Grain (250 calories/45 from fat)

Bottled Water

Snack:

Crystle Light to go

Dinner:

Leftovers from yesturdays Fish dinner with curly frieds (baked) and corn.


Any thoughts?

How long do we think i can survive on this diet....
