My name is Sarah, I'm 25, and I just joined Weight Watchers yesterday. I was already familiar with the program as my mom lost 35 pounds on it and has kept it off (give or take 3 lbs) for 2 years now. I'm very proud of her, and she's inspired me, so for Christmas my lovely mother gave me a WW membership. Yay for Mom!! Anyhow, I'm a medical student living on a tight budget and tight time schedule, so I think that my biggest challenges are goign to be to find healthy food that I can afford and time to fix it. Exercise has always been a big part of my life and I already make time for that (it's one of the few things that has kept me sane through med school). Anyhow, I'm at 181 now. I was at 186 in May and I got it down to 176 over the summer, but obviously it's trying to come back now. I'd like to get down to about 155, but honestly I like being curvy so my goal weight is a work in progress.
Anyhow, y'all seem like a nice group of people and I'm looking for some support! Nice to meet you!
